Power Cables

Choose power cables for your Cine RT system:

​- The Base, Handset and High-Bright Display each use a 2-Pin Lemo power connection.

- The Bug Tx charges via the included USB cable.

- Standard cable lengths are: 24" (60cm) or 36" (91cm)

** Please note the following voltage requirements: **

   - Cine RT Base Sensor:  9-30 V

   - Cine RT Handset Unit: 7-20 V

   - Cine RT High-Bright LED Display: 7-20V

Accordingly, 3-Pin FISCHER cables (24V) are recommended ONLY for the Base Sensor.

 

 

Serial Cables

Cine RT Serial Cables contain in-line active electronics necessary to communicate with most available lens control systems (LCS). The Cine RT end of the Serial Cable is a custom-keyed 6-Pin LEMO Right Angle connector.

Note: Preston Serial Cable will also work with the Preston MDR 2 if it has been upgraded to a 4-Pin Serial port.

Note: Teradek Cables are available in Serial option only.

"Y" (Serial & Power) Cables

Cine RT "Y" Cables contain in-line active electronics necessary to communicate with most available lens control systems (LCS) as well as extra power filtration to power the Cine RT directly from your LCS  Serial connector without interference from "noisy" motor control units.  The Cine RT ("Y") end of the cable has two connectors: a Right Angle custom-keyed 6-Pin LEMO connector & a Right Angle 2-Pin LEMO power connector.

Note: Preston Y-Cable will also work with the Preston MDR 2 if it has been upgraded to a 4-Pin Serial port.
